A Workshop from Symphony Consulting:

Are you confident that your outsourcing agreements cover critical elements that impact your financial success, including Sarbanes-Oxley?

Have you left money "on the table" because you did not apply the current best practices for important terms?

Have your contracts been updated to match your current business situation?

In a recent Aberdeen survey of Fortune 500 executives, 79% of respondents considered their outsourcing agreements to be of "high" or "very high" importance. Yet many companies do not structure and negotiate these agreements that provide the depth and breadth of protection that is necessary to remain competitive and mitigate risk.

"Effective Outsourcing Agreements: Securing a Competitive Advantage" is a comprehensive one-day workshop that provides a structured approach to getting extra value from your outsourcing agreements and your business relationships. We give you a framework of best practices, agreement language, and negotiating approaches that will allow you to create a more successful outsourcing solution. This course emphasizes a balanced, win/win approach to ensure that your agreements meet the collective needs of OEMs, EMS providers, and suppliers of high value components.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
A detailed analysis of which terms are the most critical in your supply agreements and how they each correspond to your balance sheet and income statement
How to quantitatively measure your inventory liability, supply flexibility, and pricing through our comprehensive case studies, group exercises, and break-out sessions
Best practices in contract terminology and industry benchmarks that reduce your outsourcing risks in the areas of warranty protection, epidemic failures, intellectual property protection, and contract termination
Negotiation strategies that enable a win/win relationship between OEMs, EMS providers and component suppliers.
WORKSHOP BENEFITS:
