Have you left money "on the table" because you did not apply the current best practices for important terms?
Have your contracts been updated to match your current business situation?

| What
others are saying about Symphony Consulting: |
|
"The
process of outsourcing would have been nearly impossible for
us to complete without Symphony's assistance at every step
of the way including final contract negotiations with the
supplier. As we bring the project to a close, Equitrac is
meeting or exceeding all of its original operational and financial
targets."
|
|
-Jose F. Sendra, Vice President of Operations, Equitrac Corporation
|
"The outsourcing contracts that Symphony created and negotiated
for us were comprehensive. They included valuable provisions
that we did not have before such as inventory protection terms
that greatly reduced our exposure." |
