Have you missed shipments because you
did not have the right product available?

Do you have pressure to reduce the
amount of cash trapped in inventory?

For years, companies have struggled to find the right balance between having enough flexibility to respond to customer demand and trying to avoid excess inventory risk. There have been industry initiatives to reduce lead-times and move inventory back to suppliers, but these efforts only deal with some of the issues. Until now there has not been a comprehensive approach to address the fundamental factors that drive inventory exposure in a multi-tiered supply chain.

In this 2-day workshop, "How to Balance Inventory Exposure and Supply Flexibility," Symphony Consulting will give you a solution that allows you to create a Lean inventory profile throughout your supply chain. In addition, our approach addresses some of the broader, cross-functional issues that are critical to inventory performance. We give you the tools, techniques, and best practices to create a comprehensive solution that will increase your company's product flexibility while reducing inventory liability. In the end, you will have better protection for your revenue stream and less inventory exposure.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Solutions to address a Lean inventory approach throughout your supply chain

Methods to determine how much flexibility your business requires and the cost of that flexibility
