Are you using traditional, post-performance metrics
to measure your modern supply chain?
Are you looking for innovative ways to drive performance
in an outsourced manufacturing environment?
Most companies are using traditional metrics to manage their outsourced supply chain. The problem is that these post-performance metrics only provide an “after the fact” measure of performance. That means you are reacting after the damage is done instead of addressing inventory and supply risks proactively.
In this 90-minute, on-line workshop, “Advanced Performance Metrics for the Outsourced Supply Chain,” Symphony Consulting will introduce you to new, forward-looking metrics for managing your outsourced supply chain. We will show you which metrics to employ, and how to use these metrics to drive increased performance in with your supply chain partners.
You will learn how to:
Understand the limitations of the traditional supply chain metrics and why they are inadequate for an outsourced, multi-tiered supply chain |
Establish new categories of metrics and their role in managing performance with your contract manufacturers and key component suppliers |
Create specific, forward looking metrics that are directly tied to revenues, inventory, and cost |
Identify trigger points that should drive you and your supplier into action |
